Golden Milk Recipe

– 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric – 1 tsp fresh grated gingerPepper – 1/8 tsp vanilla (you can use more/less to taste) – 2 cups high fat milkOptional: cardamom or cinnamon

Ingredients List

Step 1

In a pot add 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric, 1 tsp fresh grated ginger, pepper to taste, 1/8 tsp vanilla (optional), and 2 cups high fat  milk. You can also add cardamom and cinnamon to taste.

Bring mixture to a boil

Let simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk frequently to avoid a top layer skin forming on the milk and to make the milk frothy
