The fat in the milk and black pepper helps our bodies absorb curcurmin!
Ingredients List
In a pot add 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric, 1 tsp fresh grated ginger, pepper to taste, 1/8 tsp vanilla (optional), and 2 cups high fat milk. You can also add cardamom and cinnamon to taste.
Bring mixture to a boil
Let simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk frequently to avoid a top layer skin forming on the milk and to make the milk frothy
Strain the pot into your favourite latte mug! P.S. Place your mug in the sink in case you miss!
