There are both pros and cons of fall travel in Europe. It’s low season in Europe which means there are typically fewer tourists. But, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t come without some downsides too.

The day trip possibilities are endless from Aix-en-Provence. Centrally located in the South of France, there are over 25 places you can visit from Aix. I swear, there’s a trip that everyone can enjoy, it’s all about finding which one is right for you.
In a one day road trip from Aix, you can explore some of the most beautiful Provence towns in the area. This road trip includes a stop in Avignon, L’Isle-Sur-la-Sorgue, Gordes, and Rousillon.

I feel a little spoiled having grown up here, we have really good food. I mean, it’s not Italy’s pasta and pizza, or even France’s baguette and cheese. But Montreal has the bagel (sorry New York), Orange Julep, and don’t even get me started on poutine!
If you’re looking to find the best coffee, pastry selection, or to hang out with cats, Aix has your café needs covered! You’re in for a bit of a surprise if you’re looking for the perfect workspace though.
